You can make reservations up to 30 days in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability with priority given to advance bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available in the building complex. We have both regular and accessible parking spaces near the entrance.
Do you provide equipment?
Yes, we offer professional-grade equipment for all activities. Equipment rental is available at competitive rates, or you can bring your own.
Are there age restrictions?
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. Some activities may have specific age requirements for safety reasons.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted, except for special events. We have catering options available through our partners.
